We require personal information when a politician submits a claim for a profile on our Site. This information includes but is not limited to, the politician’s name, work email address, personal email address, postal address, postcode, telephone number, social media information, role or position in elected office, political party affiliation and constituency or ward represented in elected office.
As part of the claim profile process, you may be requested to submit further personal information as we deem necessary to use our services in compliance with our Guidelines. This may include but is not limited to, other demographic data.
2.4 Politician Registration & Login
After approval of a claim for a profile on our Site, we may assign you with a username and password to login to our private access area on our Site. You may request to change this information at any time, and any changes will be logged and collected by us as part of our security and support procedures.
2.5 Other Features
We may require additional information from you to use certain features on our service. If you want to download a report, a document, access trial services, or support from us, we may ask you for additional information, including but not limited to your phone number, and other personal information as is necessary in our view to the action that you are taking on our Site or services.
2.6 Social Media
When you use Facebook Login on our Site or services, we may request or have access to your profile, email address, gender, date of birth, profile photo and geographic location. You’re free to decline to permit us to this information by ceasing to use the services on our Site.
